Zwickelbier returns this Friday! There are few better beers that symbolize the season than Zwickelbier, a style named for the sampling device used for retrieving fresh beer from a cellar tank. This young, dryhopped, unfiltered lager pours with a delicate haze from the tap. Notes of lemon zest, fresh cut grass, and honey dew interplay with aromas of sourdough and an underlying, noble earthiness.
