Named after the historic Scottish city of Aberdeen, this beer style is rooted in culture and tradition.  A cold and clean fermentation allowed the soul of this beer to take the spotlight, the malt!  Notes of dark, dried cherries and plums, sourdough toast, and the faintest wisp of sweet oak smoke create a layered and complex profile that evolves as the beer warms in the glass.
