The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a friendly disposition and shows enthusiasm for beer culture/styles

  • Can share thoughtful beer descriptions with inquiring guests

  • Understands the importance of cleanliness as it relates to ALL aspects of beer and pouring it in the tasting room

  • Maintains a clean, organized bar throughout shift

  • Pays attention to detail: cleanliness, punctuality, money-handling, etc.

  • Maintains an accurate bank before, during, and after shift

  • Is an honest and hardworking team player

  • Has ability to work efficiently, yet safely

  • Takes initiative, while being able to take direction from superiors

  • Is capable of taking shifts at multiple Eppig locations

  • Enthusiastically tells the Eppig story

  • Requirements: Applicants must be 21+ years of age.  The job’s essential functions include standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, as needed, possession or the ability to obtain a Food Handler’s card and LEAD Certification within three (3) weeks of hire, and availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. 

 

Desired qualities: honest, self-starter, plays well with others, 2 year minimum experience, Beer Server Cicerone certified (1st level) preferred

Compensation will start at minimum wage (currently $16.85 an hour) + tips.
